Cancellations & Late Arrivals
1. What is your cancellation policy?
- Please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation. We try our best to be respectful to our patient's rescheduling requests by not charging late cancellation fees. We also ask that this respect is returned to us. We set aside specific blocks to allow enough time to provide proper care to every patient who comes to our office.
2. What happens if I’m late for my appointment?

Preventive Care & Cleanings
1. How often should I get a cleaning?
- Typically every six months; your dentist may recommend a different interval based on your oral health.
- Exam, scaling to remove plaque/tartar, polish, flossing, and personalized home-care advice. X‑rays or fluoride may be provided as needed.
3. Can new patients get a cleaning the same day as their exam?
- Our goal is to provide same-day cleanings for new patients when possible, though it cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling or clinical needs.
Emergencies & Urgent Care
1. What counts as a dental emergency?
- Severe tooth pain, uncontrolled bleeding, knocked-out tooth, significant swelling, or infection. Call us immediately.
2. Do you offer after‑hours or weekend emergency care?
- We provide urgent/after-hours instructions and may arrange on-call coverage. Check our voicemail message or website for current emergency contact info.

1. Do you use digital X‑rays and modern equipment?
- Yes — we use digital X‑rays and up-to-date technology to improve diagnosis, reduce radiation, and enhance comfort. When indicated, we do have the ability to take a 3-D x-ray, to more accurately and further investigate infections or tooth fractures.
2. Are dental X‑rays safe?
- Yes — digital X‑rays use very low radiation. Your provider will only take images when clinically necessary.

- Many general dentist offices see children of all ages. We offer gentle, age-appropriate care and parent guidance for oral health.
