As a dentist, I look forward to building lasting relationships with my patients while providing a comfortable environment for dental care. I love getting to know each and every one of our patients and providing them with a treatment plan that fits their smile. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry and enjoy treating patients of all ages, from young children to adults. The connections we make at Spring Valley Dental Care with each patient is what I enjoy the most.

I consider myself a lifelong student of dentistry, always learning new techniques and procedures to bring the best to our patients. My technical background in engineering allows me to incorporate the latest technology into everyday practice.

Outside The Office

I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids and now reside in the corridor area with my wife Elizabeth, our son Grayson, and our standard poodle Millie. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking local trails, running, backpacking the national parks, and watching both Iowa and Iowa State sports teams.

Hi! My name is Zach Brown, and I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Central College in Pella, Iowa, where I played baseball. At Central, I majored in biology and minored in chemistry and business management. Upon graduation from Central, I pursued my interest in dentistry and graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. After graduating dental school, I relocated to the Tampa/St. Pete area to practice dentistry. I enjoyed the opportunities Florida had to offer, but when given the opportunity to return home, I was more than excited to move back.

As a dentist, I enjoy many areas of providing comprehensive treatment as it is needed. This may range from simple restorations to extracting teeth, dentures, root canals, placing implants, restoring implants, crowns, and veneers. I enjoy helping a patient maintain, improve, or restore their smile on a case-by-case scenario. I am an active member of the American Dental Association and the Iowa Dental Association. I enjoy continually growing my dental knowledge and improving techniques to better serve my patients’ needs.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my dog, Maya. I also like to travel and take any opportunity I get to watch or participate in sports.
